GENERAL QUESTIONS

What Is DaddioBox?

The DaddioBox is Daddio's subscription box dedicated to helping you crush fatherhood from birth to the teen years. Our boxes not only send valuable insights and advice for modern fatherhood, but also curate great opportunities for connection, teaching, and memory making. Every box is specifically tailored to you and your child.

What comes in a DaddioBox?

Each box contains: 

A few pieces of just-for-dad content to pull aside for yourself. These pieces will help you navigate the uncharted territory of modern-fatherhood and make you a better dad year after year!

3-5 full sized and high-quality toys, products and educational materials. Our products are thoughtfully selected, age appropriate, and tailored to the unique interest of your child!

And tickets for two (you and kiddo), to 2-3 age appropriate local experiences that are also tailored to the unique interest of your child!

How often will I get a box?

Your custom box will arrive every three months (quarterly) prior to the 15th of March, June, September and December. 

My baby isn’t born yet – should I still order now?

Definitely! When you sign up,  put your due date and the baby's gender (if you know it) in the comments. We’ll send you your first box at the next delivery that follows your due date. We'll also send along with a few extra things we think you'll appreciate in the newborn stage!

I have more than one child. What do I do?

Great! We can make that work! If your children are not close in age, and/or have very different interests you'll definitely do best with separate subscriptions for each of them. 

If your children are close in age, share common interests, (and are good at sharing!), a single subscription box can be shared between them.

Can I Give DaddioBox as a gift?

Absolutely! You'd be hard-pressed to find a dad that wouldn't LOVE this as a gift. Here are two ways to do this:

If you know the dad and his child well and can answer a few questions about them you can click the GIVE AS A GIFT BUTTON and sign him up all on your own. Dad will be totally surprised when the perfect box of fatherhood awesomeness shows up at his door. 

If you're not sure how to answer any of our questions about dad and his child, don't worry, you can send him a gift card that he can use to sign himself up!


BILLING QUESTIONS

When will I be billed? How do renewals work?

Your credit card will be charged for your total plan amount when you order your subscription. Your plan will automatically renew in the middle of the month after your plan is complete. Unless specified at checkout,  gift orders will renew until cancelled by payer.

How can I cancel my subscription?

We'd hate to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription plan anytime. Simply login to your account and cancel your subscription. You will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for, but your subscription will not be renewed when it ends.


SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 United States.

When will I get my first box?

Our quarterly cutoff date is the 15th of the month prior to our shipping month. This means Feb. 15th for the March box, May 15th for the June box, Aug. 15th for the September box, and November 15th for the December box. If you signed up before our quarterly cutoff date, you're guaranteed to receive that next quarterly box. 

Will you let me know when my box is shipping?

Yes, we will send you a notification every quarter when your box ships so you know when to expect it.

How much is shipping?

For single and two-quarter subscription plans, shipping is 12.95/box. For annual subscription plans (4 boxes), shipping is FREE within the continental U.S.!  (There is an additional $7.95 shipping charge to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.)


OTHER QUESTIONS

I haven’t received my box yet. What should I do?

If you placed your order prior to our quarterly cutoff date, and it is past the 15th date of our delivery month (March, June, September & December), please email us at hello@daddiobox.com to let us know. We'll make sure to get to the bottom of it and get your box to ASAP!

What is your return policy?

Boxes can not be returned, BUT if ever anything that comes in your DaddioBox isn't a good fit for your child, let us know right away and we'll make sure to send you something new!

I have a toy, product, or resource I’m interested in having included in your boxes.
